Definition

Quantity of permitted characteristic values of a subassignment.

Use

Define a maximum set for the subassignment in the breakdown category, when you only want to permit a partial quantity of all possible characteristic values of the subassignment to the corresponding FS items.

The entry help (F4 help) then shows the corresponding restricted number of hits and the system checks all entries against the maximum set.

Dependencies

Note that the settings are only effective, when the indicator "Use maximum sets" is set in the global system settings of consolidation under "Breakdown categories" .
