Definition
Field status bar which determines which of the fields dependent on the subrange level within the purchasing data for a purchasing organization in the vendor master is ready for input.
Use
Each item in the field status bar represents a field or a group of fields. You determine the status of the field or field group by entering a symbol for the item. You can control detail display or maintenance via the promotion menu option 'field status'. In addition, you can define fields which are ready for input as mandatory fields.
