Activation date of open item management

Use

You have the following options:

  • If you enter a date that neither falls in the posting period nor matches the current date, the system checks all fiscal year variants of the ledgers. If the fiscal year variants differ, the program is terminated. For more information, see the log.
  • If the date is the same as the current date, the system does not check the fiscal year variants.
  • If the date falls before the current date, it is changed to the date at the end of the period in which it falls. However, the activation date cannot fall after the current date.
