Definition

Specifies the type of action performed with the entry made in Customizing. The following values are defined:

• Add
• Ignore

Use

Add

This value specifies that, when a migration document is transferred to New General Ledger Accounting, document splitting considers the entry as clearing information.

If clearing information exists with the same clearing key as the Customizing entry, the Customizing entry is ignored.

Specify the key of the clearing information so that it is not the same as any existing key in table BSE_CLR. Choose Change if you want to change an existing clearing entry.

Ignore

This value specifies that, when a migration document is transferred to New General Ledger Accounting, the clearing information corresponding to the Customizing entry is not considered in document splitting.

You need to specify the clearing item to be ignored. You do this using the following key fields:

• BUKRS_CLR
• BELNR_CLR
• GJAHR_CLR
• INDEX_CLR

If there is no corresponding clearing information in table BSE_CLR, the Customizing entry is not considered.
