Definition

This indicator specifies whether the document splitting characteristic is assigned to tax lines.

Use

Only set this indicator for document splitting characteristics used in General Ledger Accounting.

Dependencies

• If this indicator is set for a document splitting characteristic in General Ledger Accounting, the system then generates assigned postings with these characteristics in the advance return for tax on sales/purchases in the entry view.
• If this indicator is not set for any document splitting characteristics in General Ledger Accounting, this setting is ignored and all relevant document splitting characteristics are assigned with the tax indicator. In this case, the advance return for tax on sales/purchases does not generate any postings assigned in the entry view.
