Definition

If you enter a number of days greater than zero here, the general correspondence program deletes the correspondence requests in Accounting that are indicated as completed. It deletes only the completed requests with a printing date earlier than the actual date of the general program run by at least the number of days specified. If you make no entry or enter zero, the completed correspondence requests are not deleted.
