Documentation
Definition
If you enter a number for this parameter, a random sample is provided based on the entered value. A random selection is taken of those customers who have been chosen as a result of the other selections made.
Within a report run, only one sample can be taken per company code.
Use
This parameter can be used to provide a sample inventory for payables. In one report run you can, for example, create balance confirmations for all vendors whose balance is greater than or the same as a certain value which you have entered. In a further report run you can then take a sample of vendors whose balance is less than the value entered. A balance confirmation is then only created for vendors within this sample . The scope of the sample can also be divided into various layers. You then need to run the report a corresponding number of times in order to take the samples from the various layers.
