Documentation
Definition
If you enter a number for this parameter, a random sample is provided based on the value entered. The random selection is taken from those customers who have been chosen as a result of other selection criteria.
Within a program run, only one sample can be taken per company code.
Use
You can use this parameter to provide a sample inventory for receivables.
Example
In a program run, you can create balance confirmations (complete-count layer) for all customers whose balance is greater than or the same as a certain value which you have entered.
In a further program run, you can then take a sample of customers whose balance is less than the value entered. Balance confirmations are then only created for customers within this sample.
Note
The sampling area can also be divided into various layers. You then need to run the program a corresponding number of times in order to take the samples from the various layers.
