Definition
This indicator defines whether the system criteria for determining the relevance of EXTRASTAT or VAR for a business transaction are to be overridden.
You have the following options
- Unconditional exclusion of the business transaction from the EXTRASTAT or VAR declaration
- Unconditional inclusion of the business transaction in the EXTRASTAT or VAR declaration
Example
- If you select this field, the selection 'exclusion' continues to be valid (field EXTEX has been selected). If this indicator has then been assigned to a document, the document will then be excluded from the EXTRASTAT or VAR declaration and will not be declared.
Even if it is a purchase order to your vendor in Poland or a billing document to your customer in the US. - If you select this field, the selection 'inclusion' remains valid (field EXTIN has been selected). If this indicator has then been assigned to a document, the document will then be recorded in the EXTRASTAT or VAR declaration.
