Procedure

In create and planning mode, you only make an entry in the field if you are using external number assignment. Proceed as follows:

• Enter a key from the external number range.

In create and planning mode, you have three possible options:

• Enter a search string (business event abbreviation), or
• click on the down arrow at the end of the field, or
• enter the business event key directly.
