Example
- Key 1 means that the vendor has supplied the material in the stipulated packaging.
- Key 3 means that the vendor did use the stipulated type of packaging, but the packaging was damaged on arrival of the goods.
- Key 10 means that the vendor used a different type of packaging than that stipulated or that the packaging was so damaged as to render the shipment unacceptable.
