Definition

The identification for a form or a form set enables you to access a particular form or set of forms from a selected group of forms.

Example

You want to use different forms for your correspondence. To do this, you define different forms for the same print program in the system for the company code-dependent form selection, and store an identification for each form. You can then access the forms individually via the form ID.

Is used together with the selected company codes for selecting the form set for the letter and the reply which is issued during the current report run.

If you start this report for several company codes, you must ensure beforehand that the identification you entered exists in each of the company codes you have selected.
