This event occurs when you save in the Central Address Management, immediately before the creation of change documents for address type 3 (contact person address), once for each address.
All X and Y address tables (old and new versions) are passed.
Only addresses in the address group 'BP' (Business Partner) for customer master, vendor master or central business partner management, are processed.
