Definition
Value for the starting percentage of completion.
Dependencies
The starting percentage of completion (POC) is only used in the start-finish rule.
If you use the start-finish rule value analysis, the POC is increased to the start POC from 0 on the start date.
Example
You enter 20 as the starting percentage. On the starting date for the object, the POC for the object jumps to 20%.
