Definition
Specifies the characteristic in specification management that contains the standard component type.
Use
The Value assignment type and Characteristic fields belong together.
Using these fields, you define for which characteristics in the property tree you can specify a standard component type. The SAP System enters the standard component type automatically if you create a composition for a specification that is assigned to the relevant specification type, and assign a specification as a component for which the characteristic has values assigned.
