Another user has locked the equipment or you are locking it yourself in another session.

2:

The equipment was just flagged for installation. It does not make sense to dismantle it again immediately.

3:

Dismantling of the equipment cannot be performed on account of the category, as equipment of this category cannot be installed.

Contact your system administrator.

4:

Dismantling of the equipment cannot be performed on account of its status. Display the equipment status to find out the operations that are allowed according to the status that currently applies.
