Definition
The call horizon in days determines when a maintenance call result, for example, a maintenance order is created for a maintenance call.
Note
It is sufficient for you to enter one of the two call horizons.
If you maintain both call horizons, then the entry in days, which you enter in the individual maintenance packages, has priority over the call horizon in per cent that you maintain in the strategy.
