Use

In calculating the completed quantity, the system takes into account

• The copying requirements for the sales document type specified in SD Customizing (Document flow), and
• The completion rule defined for the item category

Example

A contract item has a value of $1000. You create two sales orders, worth $100 and $20, against the contract. The customer later returns goods to the value of $10. In this case, the completed value is $110.
