Definition
If you select and print out a correspondence request noted in table BKORM using the trigger program or one of the print programs, the print date is set to the current date of the printout in the table for Financial Accounting correspondence requests. The print date prevents an unintentional repeated printout and is used for deleting completed correspondence requests.
Procedure
If you want to repeat the printout of one or more of the correspondence requests indicated as completed, you must enter the print date noted in table BKORM here. If you do not enter anything, only outstanding requests are selected.
Note
The entries of the current user in the table for Financial Accounting correspondence requests can be displayed via the menu options Account -> Correspondence -> Maintain, in the Accounts receivable, Accounts payable and General ledger menus. You can display all the entries in the table for correspondence requests using the menu options Periodic processing -> Print correspondence -> Delete requests in the Accounts receivable, Accounts payable and General ledger menus. Extended program authorization is, however, required to call up the delete program. Make sure that when you use the delete program to display table entries, the "Production run" parameter has not been selected.
