Indicates if the system has created a payment file for this item.

Use

When the system creates a payment file that includes this item, an icon is displayed in this column. You can then use the Go to Payment Files pusbutton to view the file on the Process Files tab page.

Dependencies

The generation of a payment file can be triggered in different ways:

• The file is generated automatically when a user pays the item on the Electronic Payment Integration (China) screen. The system creates the payment order, immediately generates the corresponding payment file, and displays the icon in this column.
• The file is generated periodically using the Creation of Cross-Payment Run Payment Media (SAPFM_MERGE) report. In this case, the system displays an icon in this column only after the report has been run. Note that before you can use the report, you must make the necessary settings in Customizing using the OBPM5 transaction.
