Definition

Shows items for which the program has already added clearing information in the database.

Use

If you select this checkbox, you can see the items that the program has cleared in the list of open items. The system highlights these items in the list. The Clearing column is automatically selected and cannot be deselected.

Note that this checkbox is relevant for offline payments only (that is, when you do not use subaccounts) and when no clearing document has been created, but clearing information has been saved in a database.
