You can use this indicator to control which document fields must be filled in the foreign trade header data so that the system considers the document header as complete for Foreign Trade. These fields differ according to the goods direction - import/receipt or export/dispatch.

Furthermore, this indicator controls which fields in the foreign trade header data are:

• hidden
• shown
• mandatory entries

Note

If you have not maintained an incompletion procedure for the document header in the object 'Foreign trade: Export/Import data control in SD/MM documents' in Customizing for Foreign Trade, the system carries out an incompletion check for the following fields:

• EXPVZ - Mode of transport for foreign trade
• ZOLLA - Customs office; Office of exit for foreign trade
