This means the unit in relation to which the amount of
resources available (required number) is specified.

Possible values are as follows:

1 = Attendee
-> The required number of resources is specified
in relation to the number of attendees
("m resources per n attendees").

2 = Business event
-> The required number of resources is specified
in relation to the number of business events
("m resources per 1 business event").
-> If you select "business event" as a unit, the only
permitted unit value is 1 ("per 1 business event").
