Definition
Has the effect that the axes of the value assignment table are inverted in table-based value assignment.
Use
In the standard system, the characteristics and detail data such as assessment and usage are displayed in columns, that is the value assignment table contains separate columns for each characteristic and for additional data such as assessment and usage. The data for the various instances of the value assignment type is displayed in the rows of the table, meaning each instance has a new row of its own. This layout is ideal for value assignment types with very few characteristics, particularly if a number of instances are to be created.
If you set this indicator, the axes of the value assignment table are swapped, that is the characteristics and additional data are displayed in rows and a separate column is used for each instance. This layout is ideal particularly for value assignment types with many characteristics, in which only a few instances are to be created.
