Definition
The single activity of an item is specified as a multiple of the A2 value. The A2 value is defined in the dangerous goods regulation ADR/RID 2001 in Chapter 2.2.7.2 as follows:
"A2 means the activity value of radioactive material, other than special form radioactive material, which is listed in Table 2.2.7.7.2.1 or derived in 2.2.7.7.2 and is used to determine the activity limits for the requirements of ADR."
