Definition
Use
To enter the text of a catalog entry.
Prerequisite:
You have entered the necessary header date and pressed 'Enter'.
Procedure
You have two options:
- Texts that are not more than three lines long and do not need formatting are entered directly in the input field.
- Texts that are more than three lines long and do need formatting are entered in the editor. You do this as follows:
- Choose the Long Text function.
- Enter the required text in the editor.
Text formatting options:
Select the text in the editor, and choose one of the following functions:
- H: The text is highlighted in bold in the questionnaire
- K: The text is displayed in italics in the questionnaire
- U: The text is underlined in the questionnaire
- Choose Back to exit the text input function.
- Save your entries.
Note: The input field displays the formatting command along with the text.
Examples
In the Entry type field, you have chosen Question as the entry type. Now enter the text for the question (for example, What vaccinations have you had?).
