Use
At least one port must be entered for each system you are communicating with, (see port definition).
Examples
- Most EDI subsystems transfer IDocs in the form of sequential files, that is the port type in this case is 'file'. For example, the port can be called 'SUBSYSTEM'.
- Direct linkage of an SAP system to an R/2 System is therefore only possible via the port type 'CPI-C'. For example, the port can be called 'SAPK50' whereby 'K50' is the R/2 System.
