Use

When you search for IDocs, you specify a character string that you want the system to find.

If you want to search for more than one character string, the system only displays those IDocs that contain all the character strings you have specified (and that meet the other selection criteria).

Caution:

If you are searching for a character string that contains empty characters or '*', then you must place a '.' before and after the string to enable the search function to recognize the text.

Examples:

• You are searching for '1 ': You enter '.1.'.
• You are searching for '1*': You enter '.1*.' (otherwise, the search function interprets '*' as a wildcard).
