Use

If this flag is selected, the IDoc is sent immediately to the receiver port and is given the status 03. Otherwise, it keeps the status 30 and is not sent to the port.

This flag overrides the entries in the partner profiles. In particular, the follow-on system is not started if you use a file port, even if this is specified in the output mode of the partner profiles.

If Queue Processing is selected in the partner profile, then the IDoc cannot be sent immediately and keeps the status 30.

IDocs with status 30 can be sent to the receiver port with the outbound test function in report RSEOUT00. This takes account of the outbound mode from the partner profiles. Make sure that you choose the appropriate receiver port in the selection criteria.
