Use
This key field is assigned to the corresponding message control (output control) field. Together with the application, it uniquely identifies a message type in message control that can then be assigned uniquely to an IDoc type.
Examples
- 'NEW' = 'New message', such as a new purchase order (application 'EF') or a new request for quotation (application 'EA').
- 'LAVA' = 'Shipping notification' in dispatch (application 'V2').
