Documentation
Definition
This field switches inbound processing so that IDocs can be processed immediately. In the standard case, processing is triggered asynchronously by event linkage.
Use
Use this option if you do not want to use workflow processing or event-driven processing. In this case, further processing is performed by the current user who created the IDoc and not by the internal user WF-BATCH.
Dependencies
If inbound IDoc from file is used, further processing is performed synchronously after activation. Inbound IDoc using HTTP still runs asynchronously, but also without event linkage.
