Use
Outbound IDocs are placed in this SAP Business Workplace folder until they are forwarded to the gateway and sent to the Internet. The folder is located in the Workplace shared folder.
The Workplace document (type RAW) contains the mail text from the port definition and the numbers of the generated IDoc as an attachment (type R3I). You can display the standard tree structure of the IDoc that has been sent by double-clicking an IDoc number.
