Definition
Specifies how safety measures that can only be assigned at operation level, for example, production resources/tools (PRTs), are automatically assigned in the list of planned safety measures of the safety plan.
Use
When the safety plan is first opened, the system retrieves the risks associated with the maintenance order or task list, together with the appropriate safety measures, and automatically tries to assign the safety measures in the list of planned safety measures. This is possible for safety measures that are assigned at header level (for example, permits). However, it is not possible for safety measures that are assigned at operation level (that is, PRTs and materials). The value you enter here specifies how you want the system to automatically assign such safety measures. You can choose from the following options:
- Assign them to the first operation only
- Assign them to all operations
- Assign them according to your own logic implemented with Business Add-In (BAdI) BAdI: Assignment of Safety Measures to Operations (EAMWS_ASSIGN_SAFETYMEAS)
- Allow the user to decide manually during order processing or task list processing
Dependencies
This setting is only valid if you are working with an external risk management system, such as SAP BusinessObjects Risk Management.
