Documentation
Definition
Specifies whether or not the Apply action is active for risk responses in the list of relevant risks of the safety plan.
Use
When the safety plan is first opened, the system retrieves the risks associated with the maintenance order or task list, together with the appropriate safety measures, and automatically tries to assign the safety measures in the list of planned safety measures. However, it is possible that the system does not or cannot determine the appropriate safety measures. By activating the Apply action, you allow the user to manually choose a safety measure that implements a risk response and to add this safety measure to the list of planned safety measures.
Dependencies
This setting is only valid if you are working with an external risk management system, such as SAP BusinessObjects Risk Management.
