Definition
If you select this indicator, the LPC amounts are copied from the original document when a print document is billed, provided the new LPC amount exceeds the original amount. If the new LPC amount is lower, the lower amount is copied.
Please note:
This setting is only relevant to billing for Japan.
Example
LPC May invoice - 800 yen
- Repeated billing for the month results in 850 yen. If the setting is active, the LPC amount is changed to 800 yen.
- Repeated billing for the month results in 750 yen. If the setting is active, 750 yen are posted for LPC.
- If the setting is not active, the new amounts are copied.
