Definition
You use this indicator in the rate to control the course of a billing. For example, if an IF variant is used that has this operand from the FLAG category as an input operand, then further processing can be made conditional upon this indicator.
Example
If the Flag indicator is set, the total of all consumption values is determined; otherwise, each consumption value is processed individually.
