Documentation
Definition
The General overtime field allows you to assign a general approval to individual employees for working overtime hours. The employee does not require any special attendance approvals in the Attendance Quotas infotype (2007) in this case.
Use
If the General overtime field is activated by entering an X, overtime is generated for all times that the employee has worked over and above the times stipulated in his/her daily work schedule.
Customer-specific indicators can also be entered in the field. This allows you to specify special regulations for the evaluation of overtime for individual employee groups. Before you can do this, the appropriate settings must be defined and activated when the system is customized.
Procedure
Determine whether this function is used in your enterprise and which indicators are valid.
