Procedure

If document management is active and you enter a document number, the system automatically creates a link between the material master reocrd and the document info set.

• If exactly one document exists for one object, the system stores the object number in the document info set and the document number in the object's master record.
• If several documents exist for an object, the system stores the object number in the document info sets and enters an * in the record's master record.
• If several objects referring to one document exist, the system stores the document number in the objects' master records and enters an * in the relevant document info record.
