Definition
Terms of payment in the form of cash discount percentage rates and periods with which the payment has to be made.
Use
The terms of payment are needed for determining the due date of automatic payment transactions and in dunning. At the same time they determine the cash discount amount. During manual payment, the cash discount and days in arrears are displayed according to the terms of payment in the document.
Procedure
In general, the terms of payment are not entered specifically but are derived from the terms of payment key.
