Documentation
Definition
The average range of coverage of the value of valuated stock is calculated as follows:
Value of the valuated stock
------------------------------------------
Value of the average total consumption/day
Use
In the standard system, this key figure is calculated in Inventory Controlling when the standard analysis is executed. The value of the valuated stock is updated for the information structure S032. The value of the average total consumption is calculated by dividing the cumulated total consumption value by the number of days in the analysis period.
Dependencies
Note that the average range of coverage of the valuated stock can only be displayed accurately on an aggregated level (for example, on the plant or material group level) if similar units are cumulated. Otherwise, the unit is displayed as "***" in Inventory Controlling in the standard system.
