Definition
You can use the priority to prioritize object relations in the Drag&Relate environment with regard to their business meaning. As a result, the system chooses a particular relation if the transfer from the source object to the target object is not unique.
Example
You drag an order number to the transaction "Display Address Data for Customer". The order contains two object-like attributes for the object type "Customer", one with the semantic Goods recipient and the other with the semantic Ordering party.
In this case, either a dialog appears, in which the user has to decide which of the two instances of customer he or she wants to use for the target transaction or the dialog is deactivated in personalization and the system uses the instance of customer with the highest priority (that is, the attribute that appears at the top in this view).
Use
If there is more than one active relation for the same object type from one object, you can maintain the priority for these relations. The relations are sorted according to their priority (the relation with the highest priority is at the top of the list).
