Documentation
Definition
Controls the boycott list check ('Denied Party Screening') in the SD document chain.
Use
You can use the following values:
- ' ' - Regardless of legal control during document processing
The system carries out the checks in SD documents even if export control is not activated at document type level.
If one of the partners is on the boycott list, the system issues a warning message in the sales documents and an error message in the deliveries.
This means that you can create an order but you can never deliver it. - 'A' - Asynchronous check during document processing
If the customer is on a boycott list - that is, the relevant indicators have been set in the customer master -, the system blocks the document for further processing.
If the customer is not on a boycott list but the address of the customer is changed in the document, the system blocks the document for further processing.
The changed address in the document is checked against the current boycott lists. The relevant department of the company carries out this check asynchronously by using the 'Automatic boycott list check' function and a separate worklist. - 'B' - Synchronous check during document processing
If the customer is on a boycott list - that is, the relevant indicators have been set in the customer master -, the system blocks the document for further processing.
If the customer is not on an boycott list but the address of the customer is changed in the document, the system calls the 'Automatic boycott list check' function for the changed address during document processing.
If the check is positive, you can continue to process the document. If the result is negative, the system blocks the document for further processing. - 'Z' - No check during document processing
The boycott list check is not activated, that is, the system does not check any partners.
