This parameter is used to limit the list output. The following is a list of the possible entries and their effects:

'0' = the following data will be printed:

• Address block,
• Open item list,
• Line items,
• Totals sheet per clerk,
• Totals sheet per company code,
• Overall totals sheet.

'1' = the following data will be printed:

• Address block,
• Open item list,
• Totals sheet per clerk,
• Totals sheet per company code,
• Overall totals sheet.

'2' = same results as '1'.

• Except that there is no new page per account.

'3' = the following data will be printed:

• Totals sheet per clerk,
• Totals sheet per company code,
• Overall totals sheet.

'4' = the following data will be printed:

• Totals sheet per company code,
• Overall totals sheet.

'5' = the following data will be printed:

• Overall totals sheet.

'6' = the following data will be printed:

• Open item list,
• Totals sheet per clerk,
