Definition

This field contains the total amount of unearned cash discount claimed by customers for all the cleared items in the fiscal year displayed.

This total only includes those deductions that were accepted by the clerks who were carrying out manual clearing procedures, in spite of the fact that the incoming payment was too late to qualify for a discount.

The entry format is without decimal places.

Example

Unearned deductions........ 10000 15000

In this case, all customers who made unearned deductions of between 10 and 15 thousand (of the currerncy unit in question) will be selected. This example is for a currency with two decimal places.
