Definition

If this instruction is selected, the name and the address is issued per line item for the one-time accounts.

If the parameter summarization level is set to '1', a summarization of the line items for the one-time accounts only occurs under the following conditions:

• the parameter Item sort indicator has the value '2'. (That is, sorting according to allocation number)
• in the master record of the one-time account, the sort indicator (SORT-KZ) has the value '22' or '23' in the corresponding company code. (That is, the name and the city of the one-time business partner is used to create the allocation key).
• the parameter Subtotal is marked with a cross.
  

If not all requirements are met, every line item for one-time accounts is always issued with the name and address of the customer.
