Definition
Specifies a plan or action that is used to attain a particular goal in a system which uses offers instead of promotions.
Use
If you want to upload promotions from your SAP ERP system to a system which uses offers, you must assign a tactic and a tactic type to your promotions. In order to assign tactic types and tactics to promotions, both must already have been defined in Customizing in the SAP ERP system.
The tactic types and tactics created in the SAP ERP system must the same as the tactic types and tactics that exist in the target system. Remember that tactic types and tactics defined in the SAP ERP system are not automatically synchronized with the tactic types and tactics defined in the target system.

Example
