Definition
The rounding profile for SAP DMF, which contains the rounding rules.
Use
A rounding rule consists of the following:
- A unit of measure
- Thresholds for rounding up and down to this unit of measure
The rounding rules are evaluated according to the rounding type and rounding mode maintained in the requirements optimization profile in SAP DMF Customizing.
The rounding profile also determines whether a net demand can be rounded down to zero in the event that the rounding rules dictate no orders should be placed.
