Enter the required date of notice.
Dependencies
- Date of calculated notice field (this field only appears if a notice period is planned)
- If you activate a termination, this date is copied into the rental agreement as the date of notice. From this date on, the system status is EMPTY (vacant).

The notice date for the contract is set here when you activate a notice.
The system status of the rental unit is automatically set to UNOC (vacant) as of this date.

Procedure
To give notice on a contract, proceed as follows:
- Enter the requested notice date in the Notice per field and press ENTER.
The |@3C@(Activate notice) icon appears.
- Activate the notice by clicking the icon.
Dependencies
- Calculated notice field (This field only appears if a period of notice is maintained on the contract.)
- When you activate the notice, the availability status of the assigned objects is automatically updated.
