Definition
A diagnosis text stored in the diagnosis coding catalog from a 40-character field.
When the patient is admitted, the system transfers the diagnosis code into the diagnosis overview. The catalog text for the diagnosis (indicated by "C: ") is transferred into the "Free Text Diagnosis" field as well.
