Definition

This indicator determines whether the valid combinations for business transaction type and procedure should be checked in SD and MM documents.

Possible values when checking documents:

• "_" - No check
• "I" - Information displayed
• "W" - Warning displayed
• "E" - Error notice displayed

Example

When you are maintaining foreign trade data, if only valid combinations for business transaction type and procedure should be accepted, set the indicator to "E".

You can maintain the valid combinations in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Foreign Trade in the section "Basic Data for Foreign Trade" in the object Define Combinations Allowed: Business Transaction Type - Procedure

If you have not yet assigned valid combinations for a country, but set the check for "I", "W" or "E", the system displays an appropriate message.
